Practicing and Refining our Pressure Passing at Kingston BJJ

Pressure passing – Saturday’s training session was focused on the pressure passing that Leo Negao is so well-known for. Again, details, details, details that make it extremely hard for someone to deal with your guard pass – extremely difficult for someone to recover guard.

Our Saturday training sessions at the Sea Cadets Centre near Kingston bridge provide a fantastic insight into high level BJJ at its best. Leo Negao, Head Coach at Kingston BJJ – BJJ Lifestyle Team – Team Leo Negao – passes on skills taught to him by some of the very best in the world. Highly accomplished, Leo teaches total beginners in Kingston – and we are inviting people to come and be part of the team.

Last Saturday’s training session included heavy guard passing and escaping side control – sessions take place every Saturday as part of our membership.

NOW, could not be a better time to join us. Just a couple of weeks into Leo’s twice weekly training sessions – if you want to learn BJJ as a martial art – if you want to compete or just get fit and healthy while learning some self-defence – come along. We’re 5 minutes walk from the train station, just down the line from New Malden and Wimbledon. Discount for students.

Training sessions on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays in Kingston – Wednesdays in Vauxhall (5 minutes from Vauxhall station).
