Living the BJJ Lifestyle at 40+

Fantastic training at BJJ Lifestyle Team – an opportunity for us to stay healthy, see our friends several times a week and of course, learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. There are lots of white belts on our team – and many in their 30’s and 40’s – it’s never too late to start training – to quote one new member:

‘ wish I had joined the team sooner, I look forward to each training session. You will leave better than when you arrived. Give it a go, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.’

Join the team and give yourself a reason to adopt a new healthy lifestyle, lessons take place just a few minutes walk from Kingston bridge and very close to Kingston train station.
