Suitable for those with limited time, people that want to learn the essential positions of the art but don't want to commit to more than one night a week, perfect for people wanting to add the core of Jiu Jitsu to a martial art they already practice.

You will learn clinching, basic takedowns, positional dominance, the terminology for the key positions, fight strategy, how to defend yourself when forced onto your back, how to get back to a better position - and keep it.
