Am I too old to start BJJ? Absolutely not and here’s why..
AGE IS A FACTOR WITH ANY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY BUT WE LEARN TO TRAIN WISELY – YOU ARE NOT TOO OLD TO START BJJ
Our self defence lessons focus on individual progression. Consistency brings results. The objective is to make slow steady improvements and you are not competing with anyone else, just yourself.
The main thing is we stay active and keep exercising.
Forward focus and personal progress are what our training is all about. You are never too old to learn, as the saying goes and you will train within your own limits.
We are contacted by lots of people through https://kingstonbjj.com/contact/ who wish they’d started sooner and wonder if they are too old to train. This is simply not the case and we like to let people know that they have twenty more years to train and exercise through Jiu Jitsu.
